This is a safe space for trans men, transmasculine persons, and any people who may be questioning their gender identity. I aim to help any young (or old!) trans men and transmasculine identifying people who may have questions or concerns. I don’t mind if non-transmasc folk follow but please be aware that this blog is primarily for trans men and non-cis people who identify as men.

• You are a radfem/terf/swerf
• Are transmedicalist (believe people need dysphoria to be trans)
• Don’t “believe in” nonbinary genders
• Are a gatekeeper to the community (this includes ace/aro people, nonbinary folk, people who don’t want to transition, etc)
• Are a chaser. 
• Your main is a porn blog 
• are racist, islamophobic, antisemitic, etc
• Are ableist
• You “tone police”
• have slurs in your url
• If you’re here to troll or are primarily a discourse blog

any of these will get you blocked.

selfmademen is run by Ash (ashenhartkrie). 

I’m 21 years old and currently living in  regional NSW, Australia. I started this blog to try and help other young people who are questioning their identity or looking for help in regards to transitioning or coming out. 

I enjoy playing DnD, reading, gaming, and am currently working on my first novel starring a transgender protagonist (so stay tuned!)
